Just finished my EV conversion project with my 2009 Volkswagen Polo 6R. The idea was to make this conversion as OEM as possible with a good amount of range and power. My benchmark was the facelift E-Golf mk7.5. This is the first build of my startup company Mission-E

Specs:
Continuous power: 50kW 68HP
Maximum power: 150kW 204HP
Battery pack: 41kWh
System voltage 400V
Weight dry: 1145kg (lighter than the Polo 6R GTI of this generation)

Mods for the future:
- Vehicle to grid integration, usage as home battery
- CCS fastcharging 100kW
- Liquid cooling

The car has passed the road authority test today, can’t wait to take it on the road!

Heel vet gedaan, ben dan alleen altijd wel benieuwd hoe e.e.a. gedaan is met de versnellingspook enzo, is er meer info van deze build? Ben ook wel benieuwd wat zoiets tegenwoordig kost.

Als autoliefhebber doet mij dit pijn lol

Als het een GTI was geweest zeker, maar een 1.4 ombouwen naar dit is wel gaaf (zeker technisch gezien)

Nee dan nog. Elektrisch rijden doe je op de kermis man!

Zeker wel respect als je dit kan, dat dan weer wel!

Ik heb nog steeds de compromis sinds 2017, lekker een Hybrid en wil eigenlijk nooit meer anders (als dagelijks vervoer)
